We have heard so much about Miracles for Molly, but it is seldom heard how much she brings miracles to those around her.
On Monday, Pam French, Deborah Fabry and Becky Massey from The French Door Day Spa took the spa to Molly Moses. They gave her a facial, manicure, styled her hair and donned her with makeup. This amazing young woman in turn blessed them with her positive attitude and her bubbly personality. Before leaving they gave her a personalized bag full of spa items, manicure products and makeup.
French was thrilled with how excited Molly was over her goodies, but what teenage girl doesn't love makeup and pampering? Come to think of it, what female of any age doesn't love pampering.
Speaking of pampering, The French Door will host a Dinner for a Change on Oct. 20 from 6-8 p.m. While talking with French this week, she related how watching her mother, Inez Reid, a breast cancer survivor who now suffers from liver cancer, has made her want to aid cancer awareness and help fund a cure. This national event that French is bringing to Decatur will take us one step closer to a cure.
For $25 you can join French and her staff for dinner, register for prizes, shop and enjoy a lively entertainment with all proceeds goign to breast cancer research. In addition, breast cancer survivors will be on hand to celebrate the evening. For reservations, call The French Door at 355-4806. Change, as they say, will do you good!
